Top 10 Workout Songs – 10+ Workout Songs

21 February 2010 2 Comments

Getting into the routine of working out regularly can be quite difficult, especially if you are not seeing results as quickly as you wish. Getting into the routine of exercising regularly is important to a health lifestyle.

Listening to music during our workouts is a great way to get energized and motivated. A 20 minute run on the treadmill can be quite boring without music, at least it is for me. I absolutely love working out 10 times more when I’m listening to my iPod. The music gets my pumped and ready to go.

I thought it would be fun to compile a top 10 workout songs, so I’m going to do my best to put my favorite songs to listen to when I’m on the elliptical or lifting weights. Of course, this is only my 10 top, please feel free to add songs you most like to listen to when your exercises and I’ll add them to the post.

Thank you for bringing the miss spelling to my attention. It’s been corrected. Nice list, btw. Going to have to listen to some of them myself!
